Customer Question

Have a mini Cooper s 2004 the obd2 port has power but will not connect to any reader including state inspection tool
JA: Are you fixing your MINI yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Trying too haha. Just checked to make sure I had voltage. I have a small oscilloscope but do not know what to look for
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
