Fob is locked in position and nothing works. Extra fob has no effect. Can't get fob out, can't open trunk
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: How
JA: What is the model/year of your BMW?
Customer: 2011 128i
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried extra fob tried wiggling fob. Four way blinkers indicator inside is blink but actual lights are not blinking. Gears shift is locked
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Window is down from opening door and does not go back up when door is closed

The key fob is stuck in the key holder? As well as other electrical items are not working (Windows, lights)?

Does the engine start?

Have you tried to jump start the vehicle, It sounds like the battery voltage is to low. If that doesn't work I would try a battery reset. Disconnect the black wire off of the battery in the trunk and leave off for 30 minutes and reconnect and see if that helps, This will reset all of the control units in the vehicle.
