MY BMW M6 was turned off while I stopped, all the lights turn on, but wont start, it was time for oil change, so I took it to dealer they are saying I have to replace the clutch sensor or the clutches, 90000 mile, please advise

I will provide an honest answer. I trust this will be appreciated. Please remember that a low rating PUNISHES me for being honest and that I receive nothing for my time until a positive rating is clicked.
Thank you for your attention to the rating requirement.
What they have suggested can definitely cause the issue you have and with a hands on diagnosis at a BMW dealer I would have no reason to doubt it. I would just replace the clutch and sensor at that mileage
Please let me know if you have further questions. Please do not forget to click a positive rating as this is the only way I receive credit for my answer, thank you. Best wishes with your vehicle.
