528i: My 2000 E39 528i has gone into limp mode. I have a Peake

My 2000 E39 528i has gone into limp mode. I have a Peake code reader (R5-FCX3-U). I cleared the codes and drove with out issue for about 3 minutes. It then went back into a limp mode with check engine light, and traction light. I am now seeing the following codes from table 15:
28 BLS/Pedal Sensor
75 Pedal Sensor Potentiometer
A9 Motorized Throttle Final Stage Failure
6E Pedal Sensor Potentiometer #1
A6 After Cat O2 Sensor
