so your not getting power to the cam shaft sensor is that correct

Italia 3 wires ground is ok power 12 volt battery is ok red-White so the problem is in the return signal wire yellow

The yellow wire must be 5 volt, engine on and as engine turns this 5 volts must switch on and off
