The light bulbs in the 2012 mini s we are considering

Customer Question

the light bulbs in the 2012 mini s we are considering purchasing have been changed to after market units. when the car is started , there are warnings that go off on the navigation system. the dealer the car seems to run well otherwise, but because of this and aftermarket brakes the dealer says it is too costly for him to certify. this does not seem right to me.

Hello, I'm Brandon - Mini tech.

There should not be a reason why the dealer can't certified a vehicle with aftermarket brake.

The only different is the Factory brake last little bit longer and with less brake dust.
