Hello and thank you for your question,

The code P0141 in most cases is set due to a Bank one sensor two (rear HO2S heater fault) and in most cases replacing the sensor will resolve this code. Its a good idea to run the test to verify that it is a fault before replacing it. I have enclosed the step to test it in the link below.
