Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

P016a7 isn't a valid code but P0174 sets when the engine is running lean. P0303 is a cylinder 3 misfire and P0300 a multi cylinder misfire, these are likely setting because of the lean condition.

The most likely cause for the engine actually running lean would be low fuel pressure. Has fuel pressure been tested under a load?

Do you have the VIN?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no VIN, I think its my VANOS seals, since i just replaced them forgot to replace the inner ones

The first thing I would recommend is testing fuel pressure under a load.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
was thinking that to and will do that as well
