so you have not had the faults read from the car? what question can I answer for you about this? what information are you seeking?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i want to known if switch on console is not working or somthing else
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

the problem is not the switch.

you can attempt a reset - turn the ignition on without starting the engine, then press the button 4 times at 5 second intervals.

the problem is most likely the actual parking brake actuator unit. they are common to fail and the unit will need to be replaced once confirmed as the failure
