Customer Question

After rain yesterday we came out to find the doors unlocked, the front windows down all the way and the sunroof popped open. for 40 minutes if I closed every thing up it would after a minute or two unlock and open again. I finally quit doing this when I locked the door with a key instead of the remote.

holding the remote button is not the only way to open all windows and sunroof

turning and holding the key in the door will also do this

the common cause of this happening inadvertently is a fault with the door lock switch. when you locked the door manually, you likely corrected the problem.

if it happens again, you should have the drivers door lock replaced.
