Hi there,
Can you elaborate on what is happening? Does it reverse direction once it reaches the top? Is this a front or rear window?

Do you have a diagnostic scan tool you can use?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes i do i have a maxisys pro from autel i bought online
Expert:  JayPutelis replied 1 year ago.
I'm not familiar with that scan tool. Does it have service functions available to initialize the window systems?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes it does
Expert:  JayPutelis replied 1 year ago.
Try disconnecting the negative post of the battery for about 15 minutes (this is known as a battery reset). Then use the scan tool to try and initialize the windows.
Let me know if this works.

Ok
Expert:  JayPutelis replied 1 year ago.
If that does not work, try this modified initialization procedure:
1. Close the door latch manually
2. Using the rear window switch, lower the window fully
3. Raise the window about 2", lower window fully and hold for 6 seconds; repeat 3 times
4. Raise window fully, lower 2"; raise window fully and hold 6 seconds; repeat 3 times
5. Wait 10 seconds and initialization completes.
