I have 2112 750i M front headlight are xenon my question can I change those complete headlight assembly to the LED like they have the 2014 750i and will they work?

The short answer is no. Your vehicle is not wired for them, there is no control unit for them and your car is not encoded for them.
To install them you would need to run wiring to both headlights install a new control unit and have access to a factory laptop to change the programming in your vehicle to use them. This would be very costly if not impossible.
