replaced two feed lines to rear brakes and now no pressure to rear. i have snap on verus but cant activate abs with it

You are going to need a scanner that can activate the bleed procedure for the ABS, I'm sure there is air trapped in there. In some cases you may also need a pressure bleeder because it can be very difficult to get that system bled down.
