325: 2006 bmw 325i brought to me with no start no crank issue

2006 bmw 325i brought to me with no start no crank issue aftrr diagnosiss found starter bad and and bas cell in batt replaced starter and batt reset batt with snap on versus scan tool now have no start issue plenty of cranking and 13 volts vehicle was towed here and driver had batt disconnected for 2 days when i scan wcu software numers 00 any advice

The EWS system uses a rolling code with the DME for security. When battery voltage gets low the come out of "Sync" with each other and have to be reset with a scan tool. I am not sure if the snap on tool will do this.
