this is common on your engine

it is caused by bad valve guides, allowing oil to burn after idlling for a long period

this is a big job to repair, about $6000 total

make sure that the dealer tests the crankcase ventilation system, to make sure it is not causing the oil burning, but unfortunately the symptoms you describe are very common and point directly to the valve guides

I am sorry that I can't have better news for you, but I trust that my honesty and quick rseponse is appreciated.

Remember, a low rating PUNISHES me for my honesty - thanks.

Please use the "reply" or "continue conversation" link if you have further questions. Otherwise please select a positive feedback rating (FAR RIGHT) so that I may be credited and compensated for the assistance I have provided.

Please do not select either of the left hand ratings - please simply reply if you require anything additional and I will be happy to answer any follow up questions you may have. Thank you and best of luck with your vehicle
