How difficult is it to replace the radio in a 2003 325i? Standard factory AM/FM-Cd player. Unit is bad per the dealership. Have access to a good used stock radio. How does it come out of the dash and is ther any codes that need to be reset or input?Thanks,Larry

You need to first remove the decorative wood trim above the glovebox: Caution! Carefully unclip decorative strip with plastic wedge tool.Then remove the wood trim above the radio unit with the same plastic wedge tool: Then you can remove the radio:
