When you checked fuel pressure did you perform a bleed down test once the vehicle was shut down?
Also on the bell housing you have 2 sensors, I know you said you have replaced one of them, did you try swapping the new sensor with the other sensor?

i clicked on accept accidently . i said , i know is 2 sensors there , i changed both .
when i look at the fuel gage when the car turn off , the fuel gage showing pressure. the pressure holding for lomg time,
Ok that is good.
I would like you to remove the DME Main Relay and install a jumper wire in it's place, and let me know then if you still have the same issue.
