1984 BMW 318I: MILEAGE..FIRING..FUEL INJECTORS..COLD START INJECTOR

I HAVE A 1984 BMW 318I I BOUGHT 3 MONTHS AGO.IT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS.THIS IS MY PROJECT CAR.IT WILL NOT START.IF I SPRAY STARTER FLUID OR GAS IN IT SHE WILL START UP UNTILL THAT RUN OUT.THE MILEAGE IS 203000.I CHECKED THE IGNITION AND IT IS FIRING GOOD.ITS GETTING GAS GOOD FUEL PRESSURE.THE FUEL INJECTORS AND COLD START INJECTOR ARE GETTING GOOD VOLTAGE.ITS LIKE SOMETHING IS NOT SENDING THE GROUND SIGNAL TO THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE.HERE IS A LIST OF PARTS I REPLACED.

ENGINE CONTROL MODULE
INGNITION SWITCH
IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER
FUEL PUMPS
FUEL FILTER
DIST CAP
ROTOR BUTTON
SPARK PLUGS
SPARK PLUG WIRES
OIL & FILTER

I ALSO CHECKED ALL AIR & VACUUM HOSES-REMOVED ALL INJECTORS AND HOOKED WIRES STRAIGHTTO THEM AND THEY ALL WORKED.I HOPE I HAVENT LEFT ANYTHING OUT.

Hi

Took awhile to get the diagram for this,check the wiring above the brake booster at the ignition module for corrosion,

Also the G101 ground at the manifold by the cold start valve

below are the locations and the wiring diagram for the ignition signal to the ecu.
