Do any of the cigar lighters operate? The wiring diagram I pulled up is showing a cigar lighter relay located behind the glovebox which powers up 2 fuses, one for the front cigar lighter, and one for the rears. You need to check the fuses behind the glove box: fuse 31 is for the front cigar lighter, and fuse 32 is for the rear; both are 20A fuses.

Were the fuses blown?

31 was...32 slipped from the fuze pulled into the nether regions of the under-dash before I could look at it

Just put new fuses (20 amp) in both locations 31 and 32 and you should be all set.

Thanks,
