is it hard to do with radiator in place? any special tools necessary?
Expert:  brownjeff replied 5 years ago.
They make a special tool for holding the water pump so it doesn't turn to loosen up the fan but don't have to have it as a long screwdriver will hold the pump to stop it from turning. The radiator does not need to be removed.
