I have a bmw 2003 530i. the blower does not work. fuses 9, 20, 75 & 76 are checked and ok. there is cold air coming from the vents as i drive down the road, (forced air very little). All controls seem to work. just no fan?!?!?!?!

Hello and thank you for using Just Answer

the most common cause of blower motor not to run is the blower motor final stage AKA (blower resistor)

you will need a meter to test the final stage

let me know what you find and if you need more help

well the fan did bump at full speed. so thats good and the control heade seemed to change in voltage when tested.

so, I assume it is the endstage resistor. I ordered a new one and we shall see.
