1996 BMW 328I: leaks at the rear passenger side..plastic..rpm was 2000

Resolved Question:

I replaced a valve cover gasket on a 1996 BMW 328I, and it still leaks at the rear passenger side of the engine(same place) this engine has a plastic valve cover.I also noted the cover did not begin to leak until the rpm was 2000 and then backed off?

2 things: 1 - replace valve cover and gasket 2 - when off, check for possible oil return restrictions
