Where are the battery terminals on a 2008 328i convertible. I need to jump start another vehicle, and don't have the manual.

Under the hood on the passengers side you will see a red cover , under that cover is your positive battery jump point . There should also be a ground point , its looks like a nut about 17-19mm , I think it's near the passengers headlight assembly .If you can't locate it let me know and I will try and find a pic .

Thanks

Just wanted to check back to see how things went , the ground may be a little smaller than 17- 19 mm . It should be by the passengers headlight attached to the fender .
