Hello and welcome to Just, Super mechanic here. About your vehicle.

I have the instructions for the valve cover, you just want tomake sure that you put some gasket adhesive on the spark plug tubes so that the seals don't move when you put the cover back on. The 6mm bolts are torqued to 10nm and the 7mm bolts are torqued to 15nm

Remove cover from injection valves.

Remove cover from cylinder head cover.
Pull cylinder head cover forwards to remove. Removing ignition coils.

Unclip connection for ventilation.

Remove cylinder head cover.

Installation: Remove sealing debris from sealing faces of cylinder head and cylinder head cover.
Installation: Apply a thin and even sealing bead of Drei Bond 1209 (or equivalent) to transition to half-moon sections on cylinder head at rear (also at front on version M52TU model year 98).
Check seals and replace if necessary.

Installation: Make sure gasket is correctly seated on rear and front ends of cylinder head.
Install cover bolts and align cylinder head cover.
Hand-tighten all cover bolts without preload. Tighten cap nuts crosswise from inside to outside.
