I have a double-barrel 12 gauge Spencer shotgun with a "New American Hammerlss (spelled w/o the 'e') Fine Damascus" barrel. I can't find a serial number. Is it worth anything?

OK - that gun was actually a "hardware store gun" (utilitarian) made by Crescent Firearms Company (they used "Spencer Gun Co." as a trade name). That particular gun is not listed in Blue Book, but looking at auctions, it's value in average condition (60% of original finish and working order) is around $185 to $200.
