Ibuprofen can indeed cause problems in birds when ingested.

Ideally, he should have a crop lavage performed. This is where the vet removes all the contents of the crop and flushes the crop out. Typically this will then be followed by giving activated charcoal to help bind any medication. I would get him to a vet as soon as possible to get this taken care of.
