Hi, I'm Dr. Gregg and I will try to help you tonight. From your description, it sounds like Pearl has a sinus infection. If that is the case then antibiotic therapy is needed. Do you have a local Vet who treats poultry?

Expert:  Dr. Gregg replied 4 months ago.

Does that help you? If it is infection then a course of antibiotics should help clear things up. I would suggest using Doxycycline, but you will need to get a Vet to prescribe it for you. If no local Vets treat poultry perhaps he will help you out with a prescription
