We have 3 canarys, one of them has several eggs but none

We have 3 canarys, one of them has laid several eggs but none survived. Now one of them seams to have a blood like ball hanging out of its rear end!! Another of our birds has tried to help her by what seams like trying to pull it out, it looks like an unformed egg hanging halfway out??

Christopher, you appear to be describing a prolapsed oviduct/cloaca and there may, indeed, be an egg within that prolapsed tissue. You mustn't allow the other birds to cannabalize that tissue which is a significant risk at this time. Can you handle Buttercup in order to gently manipulate that prolapse and help get that egg passed? A copious amount of KY Jelly or mineral oil (not mineral spirits) will be helpful. This is usually the job of an avian vet (please see here:
