I have a baby bird that was 2 1/2 weeks old I noticed she had slacked off feeding I was hand feeding her the area of her crop had like blood spots on it like it was bruised and she had one com up by her eye

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. we don't have many avian vets on this site. The photo is out of focus and difficult for me to assess but if you're sure that she isn't simply bruised from handling, blood spots are likely due to vitamin K deficiency. Be sure that the formula contains adequate vitamins and minerals - particularly vitamin K at this time.
