hi i have two week yellow ventd bulbul. having heavy open mouth breathing. lost his voice. near my area no vet. clinic. how to treat him at home. pls help

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. You do deserve the courtesy of a response even though it will necessarily be disappointing.
Micky is critically ill if he's demonstrating open mouth breathing. I hospitalize these birds in an oxygen chamber while administering a broad spectrum antibiotic by injection. Once stabilized - if possible - culturing of the choana (the slit between the oral cavity and nose) - is performed in an attempt to identify a bacteria which might be addressed with a more specific antibiotic. Tube feeding might be necessary as well.
Over the counter antibiotics designed to be placed in the water won't be helpful if only because an ill bird won't drink enough to medicate itself properly. I understand your logistical constraints but I would encourage your trying to find an avian-oriented vet (please see here: www.aav.org) even if it means driving farther than you're comfortable doing.
