Hi, I am sorry to hear this. This is Dr M and I will try to assist you today.

Is she still eating? How are her stools? How long has she been with the egg stuck on her? Is this the first time it happens?

Please let me know this questions so that I can better assist you.

I saw you post a chat, do you want me to continue through here.

If she is still eating and passing stools, it is fair to wait as long as she seems to be strong. Few things you can consider a part of what you have already tried are:

- to get pet in a warm 75-80 degree environment. You can do this but placing her in a storage plastic box. You can place a heating pad under one side only. If you have an outdoor thermometer, you can place the outdoor prove in it to monitor temperature.

- Warm water vaporizer to increase the humidity. This would be similar to what you did with the shower but for longer period of time.

- You should get a calcium/vitamin d supplement for water. You can find this over the counter.

Please let me know if you have any further questions so I can go in more detail over my answer.

Hi Kelli,

I'm just following up on our conversation about Ozzie. How is everything going?
