Customer Question

I have a finch with a large growth on his neck under his beak. It looks like some sort of tumor. He has had it for at least a month or two. His behavior is normal. at times it has bled a little. At one point I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip and then put some Neosporin on it. It seemed to be a tiny bit smaller the next day, but it's still there. It seems to me, that if it was cancerous, or something really serious he would be acting sicker, or already have passed away. Any ideas, or suggestions on how to make it go away?

Optional Information:
Type of Animal: Green Singer Finch
Gender: Male
Age: Not sure, but not a baby.

Already Tried:
