mdstafford : Repeat the ivomec. After three weeks you should be fine . I recoMmend treating with ivomec twice two weeks apart.
Customer :

it isn't too much ivermection ?

mdstafford : No just dose correct. You have to hit the life cycle of the mites as ivomec only gets the adults not the eggs.
Customer :

i use 1 ml at 1.87%

Customer :

sorry it is mixed in 1 gfal of water

mdstafford : Correct dosage is 0.2mg per kg.
Customer :

1 gal of water

Customer :

pleas tell per gal

mdstafford : if you are spraying the ducks with ivermectin then use 1 ml of ivermectin in 1 liter of water. If oral it is .1 ml per 10 lbs of body weight. You can mix 1 ml of ivermectin with 9 ml of propylene glycol an dose it orally at 1 ml per 10 lbs
mdstafford : 1gal equals 3.87 liters so put 3.8 mls of ivermectin per gallon of water
Customer :

Thank you

mdstafford : You are welcome
Customer :

we live in a small town so have to use dog or horse meds then break it down

mdstafford : I do the same thing, small town vet. Good luck
Customer :

thanks

mdstafford : You are welcome
