Hello, I am sorry to hear about Mango's issue.
It is good that you are paying close attention to him and have noticed a change of behavior in the past 2 weeks.
Birds tend to be pretty subtle when not feeling well in general though a reduction in play or talking may be one of the first signs.
Is Mango eating well? grooming? otherwise looking bright and alert? or does he seem a bit droopy, off food, fluffy appearance?
What is his usual diet?
Sounds like you may likely need to bring Mango to an avian veterinarian for an exam though may not need an emergency visit unless he is off food, appears fluffed or depressed, or is having any respiratory distress.

It is helpful sometimes to have a smaller cage to use for transport for parrots. It is better not to have too many toys or perches in so they don't fall or get banged during the drive. A heavy duty plastic cat carrier may work as well. A towel on the bottom for him to stand on and not slip and a towel to cover it so he is less afraid of the surroundings tends to work well.
Best of luck- Hope Mango is feeling better soon!
