I need to write a something to go on a blank card about mothers day, besides your typical Happy Mothets Day. I consider myself pretty good at writing stuff but this is the Pastor's wife and not my mother.I don't believe in giving gifts or cards to others except my own mother,so I'm stuck on writing. Thanks

You will want to go personal to a point with the note.

You said you didn't want to do just the typical Happy Mother's Day, so.....

God has given you ,the greatest gift of all. A child in all it's glory.

You have your first star in your crown,for from you this child will learn, and grow.

Everything you do from now on will be watched,and that child will want to be just, like, you, mom.

Teach that child that God's love comes first in all things. And the rest of life will follow.

For your first Mother's Day. God gives you love.

i will take your answer, but it is not what i was looking for. i can use it only by switching words around and adding my own. don't you think the child's name should be used
