Hello. That's a real philosophical, and very interesting, question. The bible doesn't talk about these drugs, or any other drugs, specifically. What it does talk about is disobeying the law. In a nut shell here is what is believed by most Christians, and a couple quotes from the Bible. To disobey civil law is to sin against God.

Romans 13:1-5 - God ordained governing authorities. To resist them is to resist God's ordinance. Those who disobey may be punished by the authorities, but they also have harmed their conscience toward God.

1 Peter 2:13,14 - Submit to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake.

If you take the Bible literally, then I'd have to say the answer to your question is yes, it's against God and it makes you a bad Christian. At least for as long as the drugs are considered illegal by civil law. My interpretation is, the Bible is not judging the drugs. It is judging anyone who uses them if they are illegal.
