Michael the Archangel (Jesus Christ) cast satan out of heaven when he took kingly power in 1914 CE.
You can read about this in Revelation 12.
With Satan the bible states that a 1/3 of the stars (or other angels) were cast down with him. These would have been demonic angels who chose to side with Satan and were cast out of heaven with him.
