Daughter -in -Law when I send gifts or messages to my grand chidren I

I am really trying, to be nice to my Son's ex-wife , I try to keep the lines of contact open, for the sake of my grandchildren. But she screams abuse then I get God thrown at me. Her Mother send me prayers from the bible. If these people were for real, I wouldn't want to go out and get drunk. Anybody got any answers for me I am not big on the bible and what I beleive in I feel should not be used for abuse.
