  • Dr. Dan: Curious question.When the majority of the stomach is removed, I assume that whatever kept it in place had to be severed. So when the sleeve is formed, what keeps it in place?

  • For about 30 hours, I have had discomfort/pain (but not sharp pain) above my stomach. My stomach doesn't seem to be nauseas, and I have eaten with no ill effects, although I have not been particularly hungry. It bothers me most when I move no matter how small the movement is.
