I had a discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2010. I applied for and was approved for a credit card with women within. I have defaulted on my monthly payments of $20. Now I have received warning from an outside debt collection agency saying they are suing me for $700. They are taking me to court unless I can maker a settlement payment of $399 by tomorrow. They are warming me I will he served court documents at my work place and when I appear before the courts my previous bankruptcy will be reinforced and I will be forced to pay back any creditors released in the 2010 bankruptcy. Is this possible. They are saying in can face prison for lying before the courts that I wouldn't occur or apply for credit until 5 years after bankruptcy release. Please help
