Customer Question

If a person files for Chapter 13 and has post petition arrears... can that stop his chapter 13 filing? For example, the husband had $8,000 in pre petition arrears... after the filing he fell behind an additional $4,000 due to a change in job over 2 months. Can this impact him in court for his bankruptsy?
