Customer Question

I have had several vascular surgeries in the last two years, every insurance company tells me that I cannot get a supplemental policy until 2 years after my last surgery. I'm bankrupt, I owe over $5,000 from last year and now another $5,000 for this year. Can they do this?

Hello. My name is***** will be happy to answer your question.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.

Unfortunately, when it comes to supplemental policy application, insurance companies do have legal right to deny applicant based on a prior condition.

I am very sorry to provide you with this bad news, but please understand that I do have professional obligation to provide JustAnswer.com customers with correct answers, even when answer is not favorable to the customer.

I wish you the best of luck and God bless you!
