I filed for chapter 7 last week can the irs levy my pay? I noticed they havnt been taking out automatically like they are supposed to from the payment plan I set up

Good Evening,

The IRS stops taking the payments automatically when bankruptcy is filed because this is a bankruptcy requirement. Once the bankruptcy is complete you restart payments. They will not levy your pay under these facts.
