Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist.

Yes, it is possible to keep your home if you file chapter 13.....which is a bankruptcy where you reorganize debts and pay them over time.

It is also possible to keep your home by filing chapter 7 IF you are current on your mortgage. IF so, you can do a reaffirmation agreement with the lender and keep your home. However, if you are behind on your loan, a chapter 7 likely won't help you.
