Do I need to give any other information other than the date

Customer Question

Do I need to give any other information other than the date of the divorce? I filed my chapter 13 in 2011, am I able to file another one to remove the $28,000.00 mortgage arrears. If so, when? Will I still be able to get a discharge?

A second chapter 13 case can be filed after two years of the prior filing if the chapter 13 case was discharged.
