This is best accomplished with two different motions,
the motion to reopen should be granted in most cases, however requires more
thought and time,
a motion to pay fees in installments, is fairly easy, and usually can be done with a form the bankruptcy clerk has,
Are you suggesting that I use Form B3A to request installment payments of the fee to "Re-open" the case? This is not a new CH 7 filing.
If you are asking for an installment fee for the motion to reopen the fees,
you can do it through the same motion,
if the installment agreement is for the filing fees you can use the court form
You would create a Motion to Reopen and Installment Fee Request,
that should be the title of the motion,
