I am attempting to fill out Schedule C - Property Claimed As Exempt Form for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. What is the law providing for the exemption of Pension needed for support?? Which one is correct; 44-13-100(a)(2.1)(c); 44-13-100(a)(2)(E) or 18-4-22??

My primary income is Soc. Sec. Retirement ($1,222 p/mo.) Plus monthly pension in the amount of $250.00.
