Welcome Back,

I greatly appreciate your repeat business.

A personal bankruptcy must be filed in the county where the debtor resides. Unfortunately this means that you must file in Palm Beach County regardless of whether your husband or you and your husband works in Broward County.

I would be glad to continue our conversation and respond to any follow-up questions that you may have.
