Apparently I have to submit a motion to the bankruptcy court to apply for recovery of the legal fees and expenses that I incurred chasing the debtor ending in a bankruptcy denial based on fraud.
SURE!!!! Thank you soooo much....this has been an incredible burden on the family.
The case was in US Bankruptcy Court of NJ. Case #XXXXX Repack vs. Fejes. I can send you a copy of the signed order dated Monday 6/3. Let me know.
Also, I've been told I have only 14 days from the date of the filing in order to file a motion to recover attorney fees. Is this state law? Since this is bankruptcy court and its federal....whats the timeline? Also, is there a way to ask for more time to consider this if in fact it is only 14 days?
I will gladly add more to the fee!!!
Great. Thank you. I will rate/close this to pay, then open anothe quick thread for another question.
Did you not get the $100 I sent?
its says $100 was paid...did you get it?
Hi again. You had indicated previously that you may have relevant case information on recovering fees from the Anna Nicole Smith case?
