Although possible, it is extremely difficult to file a Bankruptcy without being represented by a Bankruptcy attorney, or without the help of a Bankruptcy preparer to fill out the 60 pages of paperwork involved.

However, you can file an 'emergency' Bankruptcy on your own, as this involves only 3 pages, and you can then hire an attorney to submit the rest of the papers within 15 days.
